The automatic bottling and packaging compact process line is made up of various individuals such as the tablet counter, paper inserting machine, screw capping machine, aluminum foil sealing machine and labeling machine of sticky labels. Production lines supplied by our company are suitable for various tablets, pills, soft and hard capsules and profiled tablets of different shapes. They can perform all the operations ranging from bottle feeding, material counting, bottling and packaging of the finished product. The automatic bottling and packaging line can effectively reduce labor intensity of the operators, improve the labor productivity and enhance the level of product standardization.

  • Main performance and characteristics of the bottling and packaging line
    • Each individual machine can perform its own operation independently and has operating system of its own. Electrical components such as frequency converter, stepless speed regulator and digital display are used to control and adjust its operational parameters and indicate the setting data during operation, thus laying the foundation for standardized production.

1-20ML AMPOULE WASHING, DRYING AND FILLING PRODUCTION LINE

 

This machine consists of Model ACQ-II Ultrasonic Type Washing machine, Model GMSU-400C Tunnel Type Bacterium Killing Oven, Model AGF6-Ampoule Wire-drawing Filling and Sealing Machine, Model GG Supply Water Filtering Device and 100-stage laminar flow purifying.

No.1 Working Principle:

Putting the tray full of ampoules into the ACQ-II Ultrasonic Type Washing Machine , it will spray water automatically. When the start-up sing is displayed, press the PLC control button. The tray will be immersed into water, and the ampoules will be fed into a position between the ultrasonic transducer under the action of a tray-pushing cylinder and washed by ultrasonic ware for about 1minute (time can be adjusted). Then the trap enters a disk and turn over for 180o, and then, the ampoules leave the water with their mouths downward, then they are put into internal spraying and external drenching station under the drive of top tray cylinder, external wall of bottles are drenched and internal wall of bottles are sprayed and washed by water and gas in three times circle-washing (washing time and times be set according to actual production requirements.) After above procedure is finished, bottles are rushed with gas to remove residual water, then with draw automatically. After that, the ampoules are conveyed into the tunnel of oven by the manual turn bottles.

Under the monitoring of intelligent system of GMSU-400C Tunnel Type Bacterium Killing Oven, bottle are fed into preheating zone, high temperature killing bacterium zone (temperature is 350c); bacterium killing time is ?Y5 min) and low temperature zone of tunnel bacterium killing oven. The speed of chain is stepless adjustable. It has paper recording or non-paper recording in temperature control system. Whole operating process always under the protection of 100-stage laminar flow.It is dry and non-bacterium after cooling. The ampoules, which have been removed heat, are taken out manually, then into the Filling and Sealing machine to fill and seal.

Ampoule-bottles are put into passage for bottle entrance in bulk by the transmission belt of AGF model 6-ampoule filling and sealing machine, under the control of barrier six ampoule-bottles are segregated every time, then carried to filling unit and stealing by teeth-plate in interval. The filling and stealing is under the protect of one hundred stage lamina flow. Sealed ampoule-bottle is put outside bottle-pusher.

ACSD Compact Line For Cleaning, Sterilizing, Drying, Filling and Sealing 1-20ml Ampoules
This combining line consists of single machines, i.e. QCA Ultrasonic Ampoule Cleaning Machine. SZA400/8 sterilizing and drying machine and DGA6/1-20 Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine. While in operation the combining line fulfils the processes of water-jetting, water-filling, ampoule-cleaning with ultrasonic, water and air flow alternately, drying, sterilizing, cooling, filling ampoules with nitrogen and liquid medicines and sealing, etc. All the procedures in production are completed hermetically and continuously. SZAL Ampoule Sterilizing and Drying Machine
 

This machine is mainly used in ampoule production line. After the ampoule or glass bottles of various sizes being cleaned by water, the machine can continuously dry, sterilizing the bottles, and eliminate the heat source. By using of the “Hot Air Laminar Flow” technique, the machine has the distinguished features of short machine length, constant and even heating, short sterilization time, good bactericidal effect, high production capability, and etc.

The machine consists of the assemblies of from and rear laminar flow chest, high temperature sterilization chamber, machine frame, conveyer, air exhausting, electric control box, and etc. The front and rear laminar flow chests and the high temperature sterilization chamber are independent air cleaning system to insure the ampoules coming into tunnel under the protection of 100 class clean air. The protection of 100 class clean air. The production procedures conform with GMP requirement.

This machine uses PC control with simple and reliable structure and has functions of stopping on breakdown, cutting off the heating power on exceed temperature, chained operation on laminar flow blower and electrical heating. DGA Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine
This machine is used to fill and seal ampoules of 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml and 20ml. It is able to fill 6 ampoules, with nitrogen and liquid medicines, and then seal then simultaneously. While in operation, the machine stops filling automatically whenever an ampoule is absent to avoid waste of medicines. The machine is equipped with a grade 100 air-purifying device, and both the major motor and the ampoule conveyer have a stepless gear shift. It can be used singly or jointly with QCA Ultrasonic Ampoule Cleaning Machine and SZA400/18 Sterilizing and Drying Machine.
