JF-T2 Multifunctional labeling machine

Place different packaging objects into the conveyor belt of the labeling machine, which drives the bottles into the bottle separation area. Then, through the calibration machine, the holding mechanism is introduced to bring the bottles into the labeling area. After entering the labeling area, the optical fiber detects the bottle and transmits the photoelectric signal to the PLC. After processing by the PLC, the output signal is transmitted to the stepper motor, which outputs the label. The label is attached to the object being labeled through a rolling mechanism, and the labeled object is carried into the next process or container by the labeling machine conveyor belt.

（2）Tensioning design adopts a tensioning design for marking, which ensures the quality of coding and accurately controls the length and uniformity of the marking paper;

（3）The rolling label method adopts different structural methods for different bottle shapes to ensure the quality of labeling;

(4)The control system adopts PLC control.
