Purpose and Characteristics

This machine is a device for coating the surface of Chinese and Western medicine tablets with sugar coating, film coating, etc. It is a new type of equipment that integrates strong electricity, weak electricity, hydraulic pressure, and pneumatic technology, and transforms the original ordinary sugar coating machine. It is mainly composed of host (raw sugar coating machine), controllable normal temperature hot air system, automatic liquid supply and air supply spray system, etc.

The main motor can be variable frequency speed controlled. It is automatically controlled by electrical appliances to spray coating materials onto the surface of the tablets using a high atomization spray gun. At the same time, the tablets move in a continuous and complex trajectory (centrifugal vortex) in the coating pot, evenly wrapping the coating liquid on the core of the tablets. The pot has controllable hot air to dry the tablets at the same time, quickly forming a strong, fine, complete, and smooth surface film on the surface of the tablets.

The automatic liquid supply vehicle is equipped with heating and insulation for coating liquids with high temperature requirements, and the temperature can be controlled. The inner lining of the bucket is insulated with rock wool, and even when heated to 80-90 ℃, the outer wall of the bucket can maintain room temperature. The liquid supply truck is equipped with a peristaltic pump and two three-way solenoid valves, which can accommodate two large-diameter spray guns working simultaneously. The liquid supply truck is equipped with a pneumatic stirring motor, which can continuously stir the coating liquid, and the stirring speed can be adjusted. The bottom of the liquid supply vehicle is equipped with universal wheels that can move freely.
