DI-200 Desiccant Filling Machine

 

1.Working principle

This machine is the mechatronical equipment installed with devices of stopping operation in time of lacking bolttles,starting working when bottles are in place.

 

2.Main features

1) It has strong compatibility and is suitable for round, oblate, square and flat square bottles of various specifications and various materials.

2)Color-coded, colorless plate-shaped bag desiccant bag;

     3) Adopt pre-release desiccant belt design to avoid uneven conveying of bag and ensure the accuracy of bag length control.   

4)The bag is made of desiccant bag thickness adaptive design to avoid the occurrence of broken bags during the transfer process.

5) High-resistance knife edge, accurate and reliable cutting, will not cut the desiccant bag;

6) It has many monitoring and alarm control functions such as no bottle no work, fault self-test, desiccant bag not entering the bottle, etc., ensure the continuity of equipment operation and the accuracy of desiccant bag insertion;

7)Fully automatic operation, intelligent joint control with the upper and lower processes, good coordination, no need for special operation, saving labor;Photoelectric sensing elements are manufactured in Taiwan and are stable and durable.
