The MPC-DS is a versatile Double-Side Labeling Machine designed to apply labels simultaneously on the front and back of Square, Flat, and Oval containers. It is widely used in daily chemical, petrochemical, and food industries for products like shampoo, laundry detergent, engine oil, and edible oil.
1. Precise Double-Sided Labeling: Equipped with two labeling heads to apply front and back labels in a single pass. The synchronized system ensures perfect alignment between the two labels.
2. Advanced Alignment Mechanism (Chain Aligner): Unlike standard labelers, this machine features a Synchronous Chain Alignment System that automatically centers and squares the bottles before they reach the labeling station. This guarantees high precision even for irregular oval or flat bottles.
3. Top Holding Belt for Stability: A synchronized top pressing belt holds the bottle firmly against the conveyor, preventing any wobbling or shifting during high-speed transport and labeling.
4. High Versatility (One Machine for All):
Square/Flat Bottles: Double side labeling.
Round Bottles (Optional): Can be equipped with a Wrap-Around Station to label round bottles on the same machine (3-in-1 capability).
5. Intelligent Control: Powered by a PLC system with a Touch Screen interface. It stores up to 50 sets of labeling parameters, making product changeover quick and easy.
