The MPC-DWX is a high-precision Star Wheel Type (Rotary) labeling machine designed for cylindrical containers that require Fixed-Point Orientation Labeling. Unlike standard belt-style labelers, it uses a customized star wheel system to hold each bottle securely, ensuring precise label placement relative to a specific mark, handle, or notch on the bottle.

1. Star Wheel Stabilization (High Stability): Bottles are individually held in a star wheel pocket during the labeling process. This eliminates bottle wobbling, making it perfect for lightweight empty bottles or unstable containers that are difficult to label on a conveyor belt.

2. Precise Fixed-Point Labeling: Equipped with advanced sensors to detect bottle orientation marks (such as handles, bottom notches, or color marks). It ensures the label is applied exactly where you want it (e.g., centered opposite the handle).

Double Label Positioning: Apply two labels (front and back) relative to each other.
Full Wrap-Around: Can also perform standard 360° labeling.
