This machine is currently the smallest equipment in the fully automatic capsule filling machine series. Specially designed for pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, schools, and laboratories to conduct small-scale drug trials.

Main Features

1. Improved the internal design of the mold turntable, using original Japanese linear bearings to ensure the accuracy and service life of the equipment.

2. Adopting a cam downward design to maintain lubrication in the cam groove, reduce wear, and extend the service life of components.

3. The upper and lower modules move unidirectionally, and the imported dual lip polyurethane sealing ring has good sealing performance.

4. It adopts computer control, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, and digital display to achieve convenient operation, eye-catching and intuitive.

5. Based on the lower plane of the measuring disc, a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism is used with uniform gaps to ensure differences in loading and accurate measurement of ± 3.5%. (The rate of using a capsule filling machine with a moving mechanism is over 99%. This machine is suitable for filling traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.)

6. It is equipped with safety protection devices for people and machines, and has an automatic shutdown device for material shortage, achieving stable, safe and reliable machine operation.
