1、 Main purpose:

A vacuum feeder is a type of vacuum conveyor that utilizes a pneumatic vacuum pump. This vacuum feeder can directly transport materials from containers to mixers, reactors, hoppers, tablet presses, packaging machines, vibrating screens, granulators, wet granulation machines, dry granulation machines, and crushers. This machine reduces the labor intensity of manual labor, eliminates dust pollution, and ensures that production complies with GMP.

For vacuum feeders with level control, the material in the hopper of the feeding equipment is automatically fed through the material controller. When the material in the receiving equipment is higher than a certain position in the hopper, the vacuum feeder stops feeding. When the material is lower than a certain position in the hopper, the vacuum feeder automatically starts to complete the feeding of the receiving equipment.

The conveying capacity and distance are closely related to the characteristics of the material.
