Description
JBJ-B-300L Vacuum emulsifying machine is the lastest quality design combined the technology of U. S Ross Group, which could be applied in the production of facial foundation, cream lotion, toothpaste and the materials with high viscosity. The recycling emulsification effect makes it priority for the large production and high viscosity products.
1. Homogenizer is with two mixing speed:1500rpm is for discharge. 3000rpm is for emulsion.
2. Continuously working for large quantity processing, it can be discharged with the circulation homogenizer or positive pressure inside the main pot to pump out the material inside which is convenient and fast.
3. Easy to operate, better emulsifying effect.
4. The homogenizer adopt the technology of England Cran Company with circle sealing structure to avoid leakage or damage of the homogenizer when working for the high viscosity products.
5. CIP system is provided for automatically cleaning.
