SZS-230 is an economical top-rotating screen machine. It has the functions of tablet polishing, dust removal and lifting. The inlet of the machine can be connected to any type of tablet press, and the outlet can be connected to a metal detector.

The online production mode of polishing, dust removal, lifting and metal foreign body detection is realized.

Features:

The machine has the characteristics of long dust removal path for tablets, automatic turning and polishing of tablets, and good dust removal effect. The material of the contact parts between the machine and the medicine is SUS316L/SUS304, which meets GMP requirements. The screen body and outer cover of the machine are designed in building blocks, and the outlet height is easy to adjust;

The whole machine adopts a quick-installation connection structure, which makes the disassembly and installation of the machine faster and clean without dead corners. The entrance and exit of the machine can be adjusted in a 360° circle, which can meet the mass production of various tablet tablets of Φ3-Φ25mm;
