Main purpose:

TDP-0 is a small desktop manual continuous stamping machine, a lightweight single stamping sheet machine. The total weight of the machine is 20KG, with good performance, easy operation, and convenient movement, making it very suitable for experimental testing.

This machine can press various granular, crystalline, or flowable powdered raw materials into circular, cylindrical, spherical, convex, concave, and other geometric shapes (such as square, triangle, ellipse, capsule, etc.), as well as products with text, trademarks, and patterns. It is suitable for small-scale production and scientific research experiments in industries such as pharmaceuticals, health products, food, agriculture, chemical engineering, electronic batteries, metallurgical ceramics, etc.

This machine is equipped with only one set of stamping dies, and the filling depth and pressing thickness of the material can be adjusted, which means that the weight, thickness, and hardness of the product can be adjusted. As long as different molds are replaced, different products can be pressed

There are thousands of types of powders, and based on our factory's years of experience, the vast majority of raw materials are suitable for tablet pressing or are suitable for tablet pressing after simple processing. The requirements for suitable raw materials for tablet pressing are as follows:

1. Dry powder: The raw material must be dry powder and the moisture content must be controlled within 5%.

2. Liquidity: Raw materials need to have good fluidity.

3. Adhesive properties: Adhesive properties refer to the ability of powders to bond together through external forces.
