ZWS137 Screening Machine
1. Main use:
To clear the powder particles attached to the surface of the tablet and the excess material brought out with the tablet when is discharged from the tablet press.
2. Characteristics:
The parts of this machine are basically made of stainless steel, which is easy to wash and corrosionresistant. It has low noise, flexible movement, continuously adjustable speed, and the ability to continuously collect dust.
3. Usage method:
1. Before use, is necessary to check whether the power voltage meets the voltage specified by this machine.
2. When using, align the tablet inlet of this machine with the tablet outlet of the press. Periodically clean the dust collection bin inside the screen cylinder according to the usage. It can also be used to suck out the dust from the suction port under the action external vacuum.
3. If any abnormal sound is found during use, it should be stopped immediately, the power supply should be cut off, and it should continue to be after the fault is eliminated.
